Order and support information

When you prepare an order or contact support, the site may collect your company, name, email, phone, delivery address, selected product, quantity, delivery instructions, and message. This information is used to respond to you and prepare or fulfill the requested service.

Payment information

At checkout, payment-card information is entered with Square. This site does not need your card number to prepare the order details.

Order drafts

We use an essential cart cookie to remember your selected product and quantity for up to seven days after activity. When advertising measurement or page history is active, the same browser identifier may remain for up to 90 days after activity. The contact and delivery form draft stays in your browser tab for four hours. If you opt in, we store your email address and permission record for reminders about that order. You can unsubscribe at any time. Printable field forms stay on the current page and are not sent to us.

Analytics and ad measurement

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel run automatically for U.S. visits unless you have turned measurement off. For other or unrecognized locations, they wait for your confirmation. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change these settings. A supported Global Privacy Control signal keeps them off. Product support messages and delivery addresses are not included in those events.

When advertising measurement is active, we may also send website actions and confirmed purchases directly to Meta. Purchase events include the amount paid and currency. Email addresses and phone numbers may be converted into matching codes before being sent to help connect an event to the right account. Turning advertising off stops new measurement requests and cancels requests that have not yet been sent.

Email updates

If you ask for product and spill-kit emails from the Email updates page or a guide, we send a confirmation link and add your address to the Spill Diaper email list after you confirm. If you check the separate email updates box in the Spill Bucks popup, we add your address to that list without a second confirmation email. You can unsubscribe from the list at any time. This choice does not change your order-reminder preference or sign you up for another brand.

Buyer offers and Preferred Customer enrollment

If you ask for a Spill Bucks first-order code, we use the email you enter to check website purchase eligibility and send your personal, one-use code. Asking for a code does not add you to the Spill Diaper email list. A separate, unchecked box lets you join the list. The offer popup remembers when it was shown in this browser for up to 30 days so it does not interrupt every visit.

If you receive a Preferred Customer invitation after a website order, its personal link lets you review the offer and choose whether to join. Joining requires a separate email choice. We record that choice, the benefit period, and code use, and add your address to the Spill Diaper email list. Text updates are a separate, optional choice. If you choose them, we record the phone number and the wording you accepted. You can unsubscribe from the email list without stopping order confirmations or other necessary order messages.

Optional page history

Confirm and Close includes permission to remember the pages this browser visits and estimated time spent on them. You can also choose page history separately in Settings. We store the page path, clicks, and when activity happened, plus a browser identifier. We leave out email addresses and any extra details in the page link. If you follow a product link prepared for a contact, activity from this browser may be linked to that contact's record. Links can be forwarded, so this may not show who actually visited. Turning this choice off stops collection and removes this browser's page history and connection to the contact record.

Product links in our marketing emails identify the message and its intended recipient. We record requests to those links and distinguish them from website activity because email security tools can open links automatically. We credit an eligible purchase to a link click for seven days after that click. Later purchases are still recorded, and the link continues to work.

We retain recorded email, website, and purchase activity to maintain the history of our customer relationships. Choosing a reporting date range does not delete earlier activity. You can turn optional page history off or contact us about deleting personal information. Order and payment records may need to be retained for business and legal obligations.
