Merchandise pricing

Orders of 1–99 units are $179 each. At 100 or more, every unit is $168. Orders of 200 or more can request distributor pricing or order now. Any adjusted price or account credit must be discussed with a representative.

Shipping and tax

Shipping is $9.50 per unit for orders below 20 units. Shipping is free for 20 or more units, except Alaska and Hawaii, where shipping is $9.50 per unit at every quantity. Illinois tax applies when the billing or delivery address is in Illinois and is shown before payment.

Lead time

Lead time is up to 7 days from purchase.

Tax-exempt orders

To request sales tax exemption, send your sales tax exemption form to support@e-enviro.com before paying. We review the documentation before arranging an exempt order. Resellers are responsible for tax on their subsequent sales.

Order review

The order review shows the physical quantity, unit price, merchandise subtotal, shipping, tax, and final total before payment. If shipping or tax cannot be calculated for your address, checkout will not proceed.

Pallet receiving

A pallet order may require a receiving contact, access information, and an unloading arrangement. Enter those details with your delivery information, and check the count and any damage at delivery.

We want you to be confident in your purchase from E-Environmental Solutions.

Return Window

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Product Condition

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, contaminated, damaged after delivery, or are otherwise not in resalable condition are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by E-Environmental Solutions.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee will be charged on eligible standard returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly review the issue.

For approved claims, E-Environmental Solutions will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Refund Timing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or credit card provider.

Please contact E-Environmental Solutions before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
